מחלקת הפיתוח אחראית על פיתוח מוצרים חדשים, שיפור מוצרים קיימים, ומתן תמיכה בייצור ובלקוחות החברה.
תיאור התפקיד:
- פיתוח מוצרים
- ניסיונות מעבדה – משלב ההכנות ועד לסיום הניסוי
- הכנת דוגמאות ללקוחות – עבודת מעבדה עם מכשור מתקדם
- מעורבות במעבר לייצור על הקו – scale up
- ריכוז נתונים והפקת לקחים מניסיונות קודמים
- עבודה מול ספקי חו”ג, מחשוב ומכשור
- ממשקים רציפים עם מחלקת אבטחת איכות ומערך היצור
- הכנת תיקי מוצר
דרישות התפקיד:
בוגר/ת הנדסת כימיה/ הנדסת מזון/ ביוטכנולוגיה/ מדעי המזון
נסיון בעבודת מעבדה במפעל תעשייתי בתחום המזון או התרופות – יתרון
ניסיון בתחום המיקרוקפסולציה – יתרון
אנגלית – ברמה גבוהה
